To make sure I give you the best quality service that you deserve, please read the information below before ordering. When you purchase your order, it means you have acknowledged the information below. Keep in mind that this jewelry shop is run by one person--me!
Customer Care, Custom Orders & General Inquiries
My shop currently runs through Etsy and runs by Etsy shop standards. If you have any questions, want to order a custom piece from me or anything else, please feel free to contact me here.
When you order a creation from me, you can either do guest checkout through Etsy or via your Etsy account if it's current. I create my pieces and post them as I complete them so they are ready to be purchased. If I am out of stock on one piece, and if I have the materials to make another piece of it, I am happy to do that for you! But please note that this will take 3-7 business days upon completion. My jewelry shop is small and personal so quality orders will take time. If you need your order shipped by a certain date, contact me and we can work out an arrangement to have it shipped within a specified time frame.
Shipping and Handling
I ship worldwide with USPS First Class service. The shipping process takes around 3-5 business days to ship in the United States. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international deliveries. Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
Domestic orders come with free tracking but since International shipping is different, it does not come with free tracking at this time. If you are ordering within the United States, you will receive an email with the tracking number via Etsy.com once your jewelry has shipped.
Personalizing each piece doesn't end with the jewelry! I package each of my sold pieces differently each time, but always in a cute fashion! Each piece/order is packaged in a beautiful jewelry box or bag, adorably wrapped with a bow or tie and will enclose a sweet personalized message. Jewelry box is then protected in a bubble-wrapped shipping envelope or tissue wrap depending on its delicacy.
All jewelry items are subject to availability. Most of my designs are one or few-of-a-kind. Once they are out they are out. They will automatically not show up in my shop once they are out of inventory. If there was a piece you really liked and no longer see it in my shop, please contact me and I can let you know if I am able to make a new piece for you of that design.

Returns and Exchanges
Although I have yet to accept a return or exchange, I do accept these. However, if it is a custom piece, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
