To make sure we give you the best quality service that you deserve, please read the information below before ordering. When you purchase your order, it means you have acknowledged the information below. Keep in mind that this jewelry shop is a small business and we are doing our best to get your orders taken care of and inquiries answered as efficiently as possible.


What payment methods do you accept?

The Rachel Andrea Collection accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We accept PayPal, and AfterPay,  as well. If you are looking for another payment method, please contact us

Shipping and Handling 

I ship worldwide with USPS First Class service. The shipping process takes around 3-5 business days to ship in the United States. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international deliveries. Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. 


Domestic orders come with free tracking but since International shipping is different, it does not come with free tracking at this time. If you are ordering within the United States, you will receive an email with the tracking number via once your jewelry has shipped.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Prior to check out, please add in the notes section how you would like your piece packaged and your order will be sent with our signature gift packaging. If it is a gift I will not include the price with your order. 

Each package is adorably wrapped with a bow or colored wrapping and will enclose a sweet personalized message along with an extra gift. Jewelry package is then protected in a bubble or paper-wrapped shipping envelope or tissue wrap depending on its delicacy.


All jewelry items are subject to availability. Most of my designs are one or few-of-a-kind. Once they are out they are out. They will automatically not show up in my shop once they are out of inventory. If there was a piece you really liked and no longer see it in my shop, please contact us and I can let you know if I am able to make a new piece for you of that design.

Returns and Exchanges 

The Rachel Andrea Collection jewelry is meant to bring happiness and magic to you! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must not show signs of use. Please fill out the form on this page with your order number and reason for return for any exchanges. If it is a custom piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
