Shipping Policy

AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY:

Welcome to The Rachel Andrea Collection! Some of the jewelry items are ready to ship while others are handmade to order. Processing time takes 1-3 business days and expected shipping time is 5 days or less in the US for standard shipping. However, for out of stock pieces production may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. Due to the handmade nature of my products I ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from me for the first time.

I truly appreciate your support, and if any issues arise with your order, I will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it!

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

The Rachel Andrea Collection jewelry is meant to bring happiness and magic to you! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please start by clicking the button below. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for: 

  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Items on Sale  
  • Gift cards

Conditions of Return 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. 

CANCELLATIONS  

Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled any time before your item has shipped. Please contact me  directly at rachelandreacollection@gmail.com
with your order number in the subject line. Should the item ship before we receive your  request, the order can no longer be cancelled.  You will receive an email once the order is marked as "shipped". 
I regret that I am unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped.  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

To care for your jewelry, keep it away from perfumes, creams, and do not wear pieces while swimming or showering. To avoid scratches, keep them in a velvet lined box or hang them on a jewelry display in a safe place. Use a soft cloth to clean the crystals. You may leave them in the sunshine or the moon to "charge" them, however, do not do this for too long to avoid material damage.

REPAIRS: 

I am happy to repair an item for you. Please send me an email at rachelandreacollection@gmail.com for more information and rates. I may replace it at no charge if I feel I am responsible for your jewelry needing to be repaired.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have paid with Afterpay, please note that your refund will be paid back in the increments that you've paid. For example, if you purchased a pair of crystal cat ears and paid 4 separate payments of $9, you will be refunded $9 every payment period (approximately 2 weeks).
